1. Information We Collect

Enova Websolution operates at the enterprise tier, requiring the collection and processing of specific corporate and personal data to execute our services. We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services. The personal information we collect may include the following:

  • Corporate email addresses and contact matrices
  • Financial and billing data necessary for corporate procurement
  • Technical server logs, IP addresses, and diagnostic network data
  • Proprietary business metrics voluntarily supplied during the "Growth Audit" phase

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information collected via our Services for a variety of legitimate business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations.

  • To facilitate internal server deployments: Utilizing your data to provision closed staging environments.
  • To execute marketing attribution: Processing CRM data to fulfill the obligations of mathematical search marketing.
  • To enforce terms, conditions, and policies: For business purposes, legal reasons, and contractual fulfillment.
  • To respond to legal requests and prevent harm: If we receive a subpoena or other legal request, we may need to inspect the data we hold to determine how to respond.

3. Enterprise Data Security Protocols

We are a highly technical engineering firm, and we treat data security with uncompromising severity. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures—including AES-256 encryption at rest, mandatory SSL/TLS transit protocols, and strict internal Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)—designed to protect the security of any personal information we process.

However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk.

4. Third-Party Data Integrations

As part of our continuous integration and marketing deployments, your data may be routed through globally recognized, enterprise-grade third-party processors. These include, but are not limited to, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Cloudflare, and integrated CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

We only share information with third parties that are contractually obligated to protect your data with the same level of severity that we employ within our own architecture. We do not, under any circumstances, sell corporate datasets or client matrices to external data brokers.

5. Advanced Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons, server-side tagging, and tracking pixels) to access or store information. Because we specialize in advanced data analytics, our tracking infrastructure is highly sophisticated. We utilize these tools to analyze user journey vectors, isolate friction points in the conversion funnel, and optimize algorithmic performance.

You can set your browser to remove or reject cookies; however, due to the headless and dynamic nature of our corporate platform, removing these tokens may severely degrade the WebGL performance and session-state capabilities of the site.

6. Your Data Rights

Depending on your geographic location (e.g., GDPR in the EU, or specific state laws), you may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, change that information, or delete it in some circumstances.

To execute a Subject Access Request (SAR), or to mandate the purging of your corporate data from our active staging servers (post-engagement), please contact our Data Protection Officer directly.
